From the core of the Croatian Scene, Sufosia has been thriving since 2006. Defiant, raw and technical; the band has already three albums on the market and a fourth work already on the making.


A “Sufosia”, is basically a gigantic hole in the ground that devours everything in its path; that’s exactly what the sound of the band stands for. Their musical appetite for swallowing new sounds makes this Thrash Metal Band so much more than a thrash metal band.

About the new album:

The upcoming new album “Connection Failed” lures the audience into a dystopian atmosphere, which points out the problems caused by information overload and manipulation through technology in nowadays society.

A massive shockwave of metal, elegantly driven through tracks like “Tell Me”, “In the clouds” or “Saman Will Come” perfectly balanced with the atmosphere created in more melodic songs such as “Final Chapter”, “Rainbows” or the title track “Connection Failed”, give this record a unique vibe.

The journey:

In 2009, the band gained even more popularity by releasing live studio sessions of Megadeth’s covers on YouTube. This grabbed the attention of former Megadeth’s drummer Nick Menza, who in 2016 recorded his last metal song ever with Sufosia as he planned to join the band before his unexpected demise. The track “Insolent Scum” can still be streamed on YouTube and Bandcamp.


In the last few years, current members of Sufosia have collaborated with iconic names of the metal genre such as Nick Menza, Chris Poland, James LoMenzo, Amanda Somerville, Ralf Scheepers, Fabio Lione, Mark Boals, Roland Grapow, Rick Altzi, and many more.
After more than a decade of playing in all major metal festivals in the region, appearing on TV Shows and radio stations, the release of their debut album "Inspiration Breakdown" (2011) followed by “Blazing Energy” (2017), both via Nota Bene records, Sufosia’s sound has evolved into a more progressive, trashy and powerful one, that promises to blow you away.
