Critical Mass is a Thrash Metal band from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, originated in January, 2015.
Founders of the band, Mirza Ibrahimovic (drums), Edin Jasarevic (guitars) and Danis Gavric Mesanovic (guitars), inspired by thrash metal behemoths like Slayer, Exodus, Sepultura, Kreator etc., decided on the style of music they wish to play. Soon after the band's formation, Zoran Stjepic (bass guitar) and Salkan Grbic (vocals) join the band, thus creating bands current line up.
Critical Mass had its debut in December 2015, in Tuzla. The band performed on the traditional gig honoring Denis Hasic, alongside bands Contusio and Perishment. In January 2016, Critical Mass was invited to perform on the third annual „Lukavac Metal Fest“, where they shared the stage with Alitor and Space Eater.
The band is currently in the process of publishing their first demo, and preparing for shows to come.
